ECS (Electronic Clearing Service)
Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) is a simple and convenient way to pay your renewal premium. No need to remember payment due dates, an easy way to pay your premiums automatically from your account. This way, you are protected from your policy lapsing due to delayed or non payment of premiums.
To avail this facility, you have to submit the ECS Form along with a cancelled cheque (which helps us record the MICR code of your bank- see image). Once you submit this form, we can activate the ECS facility for your policy.

You can submit this form at any of our branch offices, mail it to our communication address or hand it over to your advisor.
The ECS facility is currently available in

Cash / Cheque
All cash payments can be made at any of our branch offices
If you choose to pay your premiums through cheque, please draw the cheque in favour of “BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED POLICY NUMBER XXXXXXXXXX”". Do mention your name and contact number on the reverse of the cheque.
The premium cheques can be submitted at any of our branch offices or hand over to your advisor.
Credit Card
A direct debit instruction allows us to collect your renewal premium automatically by giving us a one time authorization to debit your Master / Visa / Diners credit card for any bank on the debit date selected by you (2nd or 16th of the month).
All you have to do is to submit this credit card authorization form along with a clear photocopy of the front side of your Credit Card.
You can submit the form at any of our branch offices or mail it to our communication address
Skypak Drop Box
You can drop your premium cheques at any of the skypak drop boxes in your area. Please draw the cheque in favour of “BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED POLICY NUMBER XXXXXXXXXX”". Do mention your name and contact number on the reverse of the cheque.

Electronic Bill Payment Process (EBPP)
You can now pay your premiums online through your net banking account with any of the following partner banks:
You simply have to register on their website for online premium payment and your premium bill will be available online from the next payment cycle.
Your premium bill will be available for online payment 10 calendar days before the renewal premium due date. You can choose to make a payment by any one of the following methods:
- ‘View and Pay’ where you can view the bill details and authorize payment
- ‘Auto Pay’ where the bill can be scheduled for automatic payment on the renewal premium due date
This facility cannot be availed by customers who have opted for ECS or credit card debit as a mode of payment.
