Make your renewal premium payments anytime and from anywhere just by sending an SMS
To make a payment:
- SMS MCHEK < space > < 10 digit policy number > < space > <amount > to 56677
- You need to then authorise the payment with your mChek PIN
- On successful payment, you will receive a instant SMS acknowledgment
In case you have not already registered with mChek, you need to first register your mobile number, credit card details and create your 6-digit mChek PIN by sending SMS “MCHEK” to 121. You can also register online at www.mchek.com. You will receive a confirmation SMS on successful registration of your details.
By exercising the option to make a payment through mChek for your Bharti AXA Life policy, you acknowledge having understood and accepted these terms and conditions
Currently, any valid VISA or Master credit card can be used to make payments.

Pay Over Phone
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) enabled Payment
Make your premium payments anytime and from anywhere over the phone.
Just call our customer care at 1800 102 4444 and request for the IVR payment service. You will then be redirected to the IVR where you will need to provide your credit card details and your account will get debited online.
Currently any valid VISA or Master credit card can be used to make payments.
