Step 1

  • Visit our nearest branch and meet our Grievance Officer who will assist you to resolve your grievance/ lodge your complaint.

You will receive our response within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your complaint.

Step 2

In case you are not satisfied with the decision of the above office/ officer or you have not received any response within 14 calendar days, you may contact our Grievance Redressal Officer:

You are requested to inform us about your complaint within 8 weeks of receipt of resolution, failing which we will deem the complaint to be satisfactorily resolved.
